We seek licensed physicians in at least five states; compensation is $35 per completed consult, with $105/hour at standard 20-minute visits and up to $210/hour for shorter times. Top earners exceed $260K yearly, with 15–20 hours weekly recommended.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and state CSL where required.
• Interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (buprenorphine for OUD allowed in some cases).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
