Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across multiple states. Physicians set their own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere, supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support team.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based), with $105/hour at 20-minute visits and up to $210/hour for shorter visits. Top earners reach $260K+ annually, with 15–20 hours per week commitment.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; QuickMD covers costs and provides support to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days per week; schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL, where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
