Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedules within a structured weekly framework, work from anywhere, and practice without the administrative overhead of a traditional office, supported by a streamlined EMR and a dedicated provider-support team.

This role offers per-visit compensation of $35, rising to $210/hour with shorter visit times; top earners reach $260K+ annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (TX preferred among others)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice
• Ability to work 15–20 hours weekly across at least four days
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence
• DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required
• Willingness to work as independent contractor (1099)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed for treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications with guidance (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for MOUD)
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
