SynergenX is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider (NP or PA) to care for patients in Ohio via telehealth. You must hold an active Ohio license and DEA registration; this is a fully remote, full-time W-2 position.

The role centers on balanced care in men's and women's hormone replacement therapy, preventive healthcare, and medical weight management, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio FNP license with APRN authority or PA license.
• Current Ohio DEA registration.
• Active Ohio license in good standing with no restrictions.
• Board certification and NPI with no specialty requirement.
• Experience or interest in hormone replacement or preventive medicine preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemedicine care to patients across Ohio.
• Evaluate and manage hormone optimization and preventive healthcare.
• Communicate clearly with patients and coordinate care with supervising physician.
