SynergenX is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider (PA or FNP) to care for patients across Ohio via telehealth. This remote, full-time W-2 position requires an active Ohio license and current DEA registration.

The provider will evaluate, treat, and manage patients through hormone optimization, preventive care, and medical weight management with a balanced MHRT/WHRT focus, offering professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio FNP or PA license and APRN board certification.
• Active DEA registration in Ohio required at application time.
• NPI with no specialty; disclose board certification info during application.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients via telemedicine across Ohio.
• Manage hormone optimization and preventive healthcare plans.
• Coordinate with supervising/collaborating physicians as applicable.
