SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider (NP/PA) to care for patients across Ohio via telehealth. The role is remote, with an Ohio license and DEA registration required.

The provider will focus on hormone optimization with both MHRT and WHRT, and engage in preventive care and weight management. This position offers full-time W-2 employment with training, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio FNP license with APRN authority to practice in Ohio, or active Ohio PA license.
• Current DEA registration for practice in Ohio.
• Current NPI with no specialty, and board certification.
• All Ohio licensure and prescribing credentials must be active and in good standing.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
• Willingness to complete credentialing promptly.
• Experience or interest in hormone replacement therapy or preventive medicine preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide telemedicine services to patients across Ohio.
• Evaluate, treat, and manage patients through hormone optimization, medical weight management, and preventive healthcare.
• Collaborate with supervising physician as applicable.
• Complete credentialing and onboarding promptly.
• Adhere to licensing, DEA, and NPI requirements.
