Job summary

Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our telehealth outpatient program, working 100% remotely from home. The schedule is Monday through Friday, EST, with no weekends, and a base salary of $80k–$89k.

Total earnings can reach up to $100k with bonuses for top performers. We provide a comprehensive benefits package (PTO, medical, dental, vision) plus liability insurance and an annual stipend for growth and education. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure.
• LMHC-D / LMFT-D Diagnostic Privileges required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Private home workspace compliant with HIPAA.
• English fluency; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, private home workspace.
• Collaborate with patients to develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Utilize telehealth software and digital tools.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
