Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists for outpatient telehealth services. Work remotely from home with EST-hour shifts (9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, 11am–8pm) and a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends.

We offer a base salary plus bonus, with earning potential up to $100k. Liability insurance is provided and there is an annual stipend for growth and education opportunities. Bilingual Spanish speakers receive additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Private home workspace with HIPAA-compliant privacy.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth.
• Follow a Monday–Friday schedule with EST shift options.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant practice and protect patient privacy.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve treatment goals.
