Rula is a behavioral health network expanding providers in Washington. We offer 1099 contractor roles with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, handling insurance, billing, and admin tasks so you can focus on client sessions.

LMHCs, LICSWs, or LMFTs can join, work remotely, and receive guaranteed payments every two weeks via direct deposit, with additional pay protections for no-shows and denials. WA licensure and telehealth capability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC to practice in Washington.
• Valid NPI required for billing and credentialing with partners.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.
