Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. This LMHC role offers flexible schedule autonomy, per-session pay, and admin support for billing, notes, and EHR. Providers can see clients remotely, with no minimum caseloads and 1099 contractor status.

You’ll conduct 53‑minute sessions, credential quickly with our partners, and enjoy dedicated support and a steady flow of client referrals. Washington license and telehealth readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington.
• Able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC sessions (53 minutes) to clients.
• Complete session notes and maintain client records.
• Coordinate with administration for scheduling and billing.
