Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists can work as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, focusing on client care while Rula handles billing and admin.

Compensation starts at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with biweekly direct deposits and payment protection for no-shows and cancellations. Telehealth is supported, and you must be licensed in WA with LMFT/LICSW/LMHC. Remote work options available.
