Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed therapists, offering a 1099 contractor model with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. You decide how many clients to see and when, while Rula handles billing, claims, and admin.

Therapists can earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no‑shows and cancellations. Telehealth is required, with WA coverage and in-person incentives described in the program.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions.
• Maintain client notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with Rula for scheduling and referrals.
