• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC/LMFT/LICSW sessions in Washington.
• Maintain client notes and session documentation.
• Collaborate with administratio n for scheduling and referrals.
