Job summary

Rula invites licensed therapists to join a growing national network. Contractors deliver behavioral health services via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families with flexible scheduling and session autonomy.

Rula handles insurance, billing, and admin tasks so clinicians focus on care. Providers are paid per hourly session (LMHC rate $80/hour, 53 minutes per session) with guaranteed payments every two weeks and no-show protections.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in WA.
• Valid NPI is required.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
• Maintain accurate notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Rula team for referrals and scheduling.
