Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians delivering behavioral health care to individuals, couples and families. Providers join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, while Rula manages marketing, billing, EHR, and admin tasks.

Compensation is $80 per 53‑minute session (hourly). Guaranteed biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• Able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions.
• Maintain notes and billing information according to policy.
• Collaborate with Rula support team for referrals and scheduling.
