Job summary

Rula is a behavioral health platform that connects licensed clinicians with clients for therapy via telehealth. Providers are 1099 contractors, with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation for LMHC is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). We guarantee payments every two weeks and offer protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Remote work is available for WA-based clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the required licenses (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC).
• Valid NPI is required.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Telehealth capability is required.
