Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians who work as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Providers are supported by the company to focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health care.

Compensation for LMHCs is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed pay every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Remote work is available in WA, US.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health sessions to clients via telehealth from a home or remote setting.
• Manage client notes and documentation within the EHR; billing handled by Rula.
• Maintain professional licensure and comply with state regulations.
