Compensation for LMHCs is $80 per 53‑minute session, with biweekly direct deposit and protection against no‑shows or denied claims. Remote work is supported with extensive provider support and referral systems.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW or LMHC (LMFT/LICSW depending on role) per state requirements.
• Valid NPI and licensure in Washington with ability to provide telehealth.
• Experience delivering mental health services via telehealth platform.
