Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and offers 1099 contracting roles with schedule autonomy. Providers can set their own hours, receive referrals, and enjoy admin support for billing and claims while focusing on delivering high-quality behavioral health care.

LMHCs, LICSWs, or LMFTs can join as contractors, with a $80 per hourly session (53-minute) rate and biweekly direct deposit. A $20 pay bump is available for in-person sessions where offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington (WA).
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to WA clients.
• Manage notes; billing, EHR, and admin tasks are handled by Rula.
