Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. Eligible clinicians are LMFTs, LICSWs or LMHCs who can deliver telehealth sessions and operate as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit, plus protection for no-shows and cancellations. Providers choose their client load and schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
