Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington to deliver behavioral health services via telehealth. Providers are 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Base pay is $80 per 53‑minute LMHC session, with guaranteed payment every two weeks and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. In-person sessions offer a $20 per session boost for eligible providers.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
