Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and is hiring LMHCs, LICSWs, or LMFTs to deliver telehealth sessions. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with direct deposit every two weeks and protection for no-shows and cancellations.

Providers maintain schedule autonomy and full control over client volume. Contractors benefit from admin support, credentialing assistance, and dedicated peer and clinical resources, plus flexible remote work across WA/US.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number required.
• License in Washington required for telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Washington.
• Complete session notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Participate in credentialing and onboarding processes with Rula.
