Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI required.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to WA clients.
• Maintain session notes and documentation; billing and claims handled by admin.
