Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. LMHCs can work as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy, delivering hourly sessions of 53 minutes and getting paid biweekly.

Rula handles insurance enrollment, billing, claims, and administrative tasks so clinicians can focus on client care. The role offers private practice flexibility, telehealth capability, referral support, access to CEU courses, and dedicated customer support to help you grow

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or LICSW
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth (53-minute sessions)
• Manage scheduling autonomy for clients
• Coordinate with Rula for billing, claims, and EHR support
