Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington. Providers are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload, while Rula handles insurance, billing, and admin tasks.

The compensation details include $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) and guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit, with coverage for no-shows and late cancellations. Remote telehealth is allowed with WA-based licensing.
