Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and nationwide, offering contractors flexibility and autonomy. Providers join as 1099 clinicians, with session-based pay and full control over schedule while receiving comprehensive billing and admin support from Rula.

Compensation for LMHCs is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposits and no-show protections. In-person session bonuses and admin support further benefit the provider experience.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
