Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington, inviting LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs to join as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Providers see clients via telehealth while Rula handles billing and the EHR.

We offer credentialing support, flexible availability, and ample referrals. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing development, and a supportive therapist community.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC/LMFT/LICSW sessions.
• Maintain sessions and notes in the EHR system.
• Coordinate with billing and admin handled by Rula
