Devoted is seeking a Preventative Primary Care Provider (NP/PA) to join our mission-driven team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary group to deliver proactive, whole-person care in a telehealth-focused setting.

This role emphasizes prevention and uses AI-enabled workflows to reduce administrative burden, with a flexible remote schedule and growth opportunities in licensure and skills.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license required.
• 3+ years outpatient clinical experience.
• Willing to obtain additional licenses within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct predominantly telehealth visits with occasional in-home visits.
• Perform comprehensive preventive and chronic care assessments.
• Coordinate with care teams and families to create individualized plans.
• Use AI-enabled workflows to reduce administrative tasks and maximize patient interaction.
