Job summary

LumiMeds Health, Inc. seeks an experienced physician to join its Professional Corporation (PC) group and deliver direct patient care via telehealth across the United States.

You will perform virtual evaluations, review data, and craft treatment plans using independent clinical judgment, while coordinating with care teams to ensure safe, compliant care. Flexible, autonomous telehealth work with growth in a rapidly scaling organization.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible to practice telemedicine in licensed states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous).
• Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and labs.
• Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment where appropriate.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight and follow-ups.
• Document encounters and prescriptions accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams to support outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with telehealth and prescribing standards.
