Job summary

LumiMeds is seeking an experienced Physician to join its PC group and provide direct patient care via telehealth. You will conduct virtual evaluations, review health data, and determine treatment plans based on independent clinical judgment while coordinating with care teams to ensure safe, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Telemedicine experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous)
• Review patient histories, intake forms, and lab results
• Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment per regs
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight and follow-ups
• Document encounters and prescriptions accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate with care coordinators to support outcomes
• Maintain compliance with telehealth and prescribing standards
• Be an active clinical member of LumiMeds’ PC group
