Job summary
LumiMeds is seeking an experienced Physician to join its PC group and provide direct patient care via telehealth. You will conduct virtual evaluations, review health data, and determine treatment plans based on independent clinical judgment while coordinating with care teams to ensure safe, compliant care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous)
- Review patient histories, intake forms, and lab results
- Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment per regs
- Provide ongoing clinical oversight and follow-ups
- Document encounters and prescriptions accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with care coordinators to support outcomes
- Maintain compliance with telehealth and prescribing standards
- Be an active clinical member of LumiMeds’ PC group

We’re seeking an experiencedPhysician to join LumiMeds’ PC group and provide direct patient care via telehealth.
In this role, you’ll conduct virtual evaluations, review patient health data, and determine appropriate treatment plans based on your independent clinical judgment. You’ll work closely with LumiMeds’ care coordination and operations teams to ensure patients receive safe, compliant, and evidence-based care.
This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling telehealth organization.
Conductvirtual patient consultations(synchronous and asynchronous, as applicable)
Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results
Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatmentwhen clinically appropriate, in accordance with state and federal regulations
Provide ongoing clinical oversight, follow-ups, and adjustments as needed
Document all encounters, decisions, and prescriptions accurately in the EMR
Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams to support patient adherence and outcomes
Maintain compliance with all applicable telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards
Serve as an active clinical member of LumiMeds’ PC group
Physicians
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
Board-certified inFamily MedicineorInternal Medicine
Eligible to practice telemedicine in licensed states
Nurse Practitioners
Active, unrestricted license with prescriptive authority
Board-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
Meets state requirements for telehealth practice
For All Candidates
Licensed inmultiple U.S. states(strongly preferred)
Prior telehealth experience preferred
Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and metabolic health
Excellent clinical judgment, documentation skills, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote-first environment
Fully remote, flexible schedule
Administrative, care coordination, and operational support
Modern EMR and streamlined workflows

Competitive per-visit or contract-based compensation (role-dependent)
All clinical decisions, including prescribing, are madesolely at the discretion of the provider
