Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and offering 1099 contractor roles with complete schedule autonomy. LMHCs can earn $80 per 53-minute session, with biweekly payments and protections for no-shows and denied claims. You must be licensed in WA and able to provide telehealth.

Providers set their own schedules, receive referrals from Rula, and have admin support including billing and EHR handling. A CEU subscription and dedicated support are included.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Telehealth capability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions to clients in Washington state.
• Control your own schedule and client load with Rula's referral system.
• Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR administration; you focus on sessions and notes.
