Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth behavioral health sessions to clients.
• Manage scheduling and sessions autonomously as a 1099 contractor.
• Maintain notes and documentation for billing and claims.
