Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Therapists will work as 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, delivering behavioral health care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions where available.

Providers will be paid per hourly session, with fast credentialing support and comprehensive administrative back-office services provided by Rula. Remote work is supported, with additional in-person session incentives in select cases.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth to individuals, couples and families.
• Complete notes in the EHR; Rula handles billing and claims.
