Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed providers. This is a 1099 contractor role where you deliver telehealth LMHC sessions with clients, while Rula handles billing, insurance, and scheduling logistics.

Providers enjoy complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, with quarterly direct deposits and protection for no-shows or denied claims. WA licensing and active NPI are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active WA license as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington to provide telehealth.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to individuals, couples and families.
• Maintain accurate session notes in the EHR after each visit.
• Coordinate credentialing and onboarding with insurances as needed.
• Manage scheduling autonomy and client referrals within Rula’s network.
