Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians. We seek LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT professionals to provide high-quality behavioral health care as 1099 contractors, with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload.

You control your availability and client load while Rula handles billing, claims, and the EHR. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, paid biweekly via direct deposit, with payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Telehealth capability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person as applicable.
• Maintain session notes and documentation for each client.
• Collaborate with Rula for scheduling and client referrals; focus on delivering care while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR tasks.
