Job summary

Rula is expanding its telehealth network with LMHCs, LMFTs and LICSWs in Washington and beyond. Providers work as 1099 contractors, with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. The role includes credentialing support, billing handled by Rula, and guaranteed biweekly direct deposits, with protection for no-shows and denials.

Providers can set their own hours and availability, while Rula offers ongoing clinical development and a community of practice to share cases and insights.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC with active credentials.
• Have a valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMFT/LICSW/LMHC sessions.
• Maintain client notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with Rula team for credentialing and scheduling autonomy.
