Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington, offering flexible scheduling and provider autonomy. As a LMHC/Licensed therapist, you can see clients via telehealth with 1099 contractor status and no minimum caseload.

Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and admin; you focus on sessions and notes. You’ll receive biweekly direct deposit, a $20 in-person session bump where applicable, and ongoing clinical development resources.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in WA.
• Must have valid NPI and telehealth capability.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC sessions via telehealth per contract.
• Coordinate notes and client sessions with autonomy.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and billing requirements.
