Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians to deliver accessible telehealth care across Washington. As a contracted LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT you will set your schedule and manage sessions from your own space, while Rula handles billing, claims, and the EHR.

You’ll be paid $80 per 53‑minute session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and protection for no‑shows and late cancellations. This is a 1099 contractor role with complete autonomy and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
