Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians and seeking providers who can deliver telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. As a 1099 contractor, you control your schedule, with easy credentialing support, protected payments for no-shows, and billing handled by Rula.

This role requires licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) in Washington and the ability to provide telehealth. Clinicians set their client load with autonomy, receive biweekly direct deposit, and benefit from ongoing

Qualifications

• Must be licensed (LMHC, LMFT or LICSW) in Washington state
• Able to provide telehealth services
• Valid NPI number
• Telehealth-ready with compliant EHR experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver 53-minute LMHC sessions for clients
• Manage scheduling with complete autonomy over session availability
• Coordinate with Rula for credentialing and insurance enrollment
• Maintain notes and client records; handle assessments and treatment planning
• Utilize Rula’s admin support for billing, claims and EHR tasks
• Contribute to provider profile to highlight clinical approach and specialties
