Providers operate as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy while Rula handles insurance enrollment, billing, and claims processing.

This position supports individuals, couples, and families through remote sessions, with compensation at $80 per hourly session and biweekly direct deposit payments.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT/LICSW/LMHC in good standing.
• Valid NPI provided.
• Must be licensed in Washington to practice.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.
