Rula in Washington is expanding its network of licensed providers who work as 1099 contractors. Providers manage their own schedules with full autonomy, while Rula handles billing, insurance, and EHR support.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute hourly session, with guaranteed payments every two weeks and protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Qualifications include Washington licensure (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC), a valid NPI, and telehealth capability.
