Rula is expanding its Washington-based network of licensed clinicians, offering 1099 contractor roles with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Providers can telehealth from anywhere in Washington and set their own hours while Rula handles billing, claims, and insurance enrollment.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute hourly session for LMHCs, LICSWs or LMFTs, with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows or late cancellations.
