Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. This contractor role offers autonomy with no minimum caseload and a $80 hourly session rate (53-min). You’ll deliver telehealth sessions while Rula handles billing, claims, and tech support to let you focus on client care.

Guaranteed biweekly payments and no-shows protections are provided. Providers set their own schedules and regional referrals are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC in WA state.
• Active NPI number.
• Ability to provide telehealth across WA.
• Contractor status (1099) with no minimum caseloads and session autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy via telehealth.
• Manage schedule and client sessions autonomously.
• Collaborate with Rula support for billing and EHR tasks.
