Job summary

Rula is building a nationwide network of licensed clinicians to provide behavioral health services through telehealth. LMHCs, LICSWs, or LMFTs can join as 1099 contractors, with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy.

Get fast credentialing with insurance partners, flexible remote scheduling, and consistent client referrals. You’ll focus on delivering care while Rula handles billing, claims, and the EHR, supported by dedicated human help and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington.
• Able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services via telehealth to individuals, couples and families.
• Maintain high-quality care and clinical documentation.
• Participate in credentialing and insurance enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with Rula team for scheduling and billing.
