Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Providers join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy, allowing focus on delivering quality client care while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and admin.

Compensation is per session: LMHC earns $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and cancellations.
