Job summary

New Season is seeking a Telecounselor Associate to provide remote video counseling to patients across the United States. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to identify clinical needs and support the patient journey toward recovery.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a Human Services field and strong counseling, documentation, and communication skills. Remote work is possible with adherence to policy and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services related field.
• Experience in counseling or telecounseling is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs individual counseling with assigned patients via synchronous video.
• Educates patients on treatment, health issues, and steps to recovery.
• Maintains a minimum of 50% direct patient contact hours monthly.
• Completes patient screenings, psychosocials, DAP notes, and treatment plans on time.
• Documents progress and completes required forms in EHR systems.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.
