Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Telecom System Administrator (REMOTE) to join our team. You will support and manage in-house and hosted voice and video services, PSTN, and related telephony equipment, with after-hours on-call rotations.

Must live in the US. Base salary offered is $75K–$80K, with eligibility for a bonus. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS or equivalent, 3+ years of voice network admin experience, and familiarity with Cisco Call Manager, Unity, NICE CXone,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Three years of voice network administration knowledge preferred.
• Cisco Certification preferred; experience with NICE CXone, Call Manager and Unity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage in-house and hosted voice and video services and PSTN.
• Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, upgrades, and security compliance.
• Perform troubleshooting and complex diagnostics for WAN/LAN/VoIP and video systems.
