Job summary

P1 Security is seeking a Telecom Signalling Security Analyst to blend customer-facing delivery with hands-on technical work in sensitive telecom environments. You will support and operate P1 Security solutions in production contexts and conduct signalling security audits using PTA tooling.

The role is profile-focused, combining audit delivery with operational support; we value candidates who can collaborate with Engineering and R&D, produce clear reports in English, and overlap working hours

Qualifications

• Ability to draft professional, structured technical reports and slide decks.
• Strong verbal communication skills for presenting to customers.
• Solid understanding of telecom core roaming security.
• Ability to read and reason about SS7/SIGTRAN, Diameter, LTE/IMS and GTP-C call flows.
• Familiarity with GSMA Fraud Security standards (FS.11, FS.19, FS.20).
• Mastery of roaming signalling attacks and call flows.
• Comfortable using a Linux terminal and basic commands.
• Proficiency in scripting for quick analysis or testing.
• Python proficiency for rapid one-off analyses.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact for customers: scoping, updates, and delivery.
• Deliver presentations, training, and debrief sessions with customers.
• Contribute to audit scoping, objectives, timelines, and deliverables (PTA).
• Prepare safe execution plans and operational safeguards.
• Execute signalling security audits using PTA and tooling in a controlled manner.
• Draft professional technical reports in English and present findings to customers.
• Provide IT support for PTM IDS in ticket workflows and resolve deployments.
