Job summary

Lokal App's AstroLokal team is seeking a proactive Telecaller to identify, engage, onboard, and support astrologers onto the AstroLokal platform. You will build relationships, explain onboarding steps, and help practitioners start their partnership.

You will make outbound calls, follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and meet daily to monthly onboarding targets from a remote, home-based role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Onboarding roles.
• Excellent verbal communication in Kannada & English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable handling objections and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and computer operations.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in astrology, consultation platforms, creator onboarding, or service partner acquisition will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to astrologers and astrology practitioners to introduce AstroLokal and its services.
• Explain platform benefits, earning opportunities, and onboarding processes.
• Convert interested astrologers into active platform partners.
• Guide astrologers through registration, profile creation, verification, and onboarding procedures.
• Follow up with leads generated through sourcing and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding status in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
• Resolve basic queries and provide support throughout the onboarding journey.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth activation of astrologer profiles.
• Monitor onboarding quality and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
