Job summary
Houston Methodist Hospital seeks a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for a 100% virtual Tele-Psychiatry role with the Department of Psychiatry. The ideal candidate will help develop and lead an interdisciplinary team for hospitalized and ER patients with complex medical and psychiatric conditions.
Training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry or Internal Medicine-Psychiatry is strongly desired.
Qualifications
- Board-certified psychiatrist as required.
- Training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry, or Internal Medicine-Psychiatry is strongly desired.
- Must be licensed in Texas and reside in Texas, Washington, Florida, Louisiana or Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary team in the evaluation and treatment of hospitalized and emergency room patients with complex medical and psychiatric illnesses.
